Our Dog Training Programme
Dog training courses will be held one lesson per week. Pet owner is required to practice the skills learnt from the class after each lesson with their dog in order to work out a good result.
Obedience Course (OC)
Duration:
1 hour per week, the course last for 6 to 8 weeks **
Target Client:
New dog owner or people who do not know how to correct the behavior of their dog.
Course Content:
Basic obedience commands taught with motivating training. Dog owners should be able to communicate with their dogs by using commands including walk stable on leash, stop, sit, down and waiting stable and come.
** The average length of the course is between 6 to 8 weeks. However, the actual duration of the course may be adjusted according to the actual behavior and the status of dog.
Behavioural Correction Course (BCC)
Duration:
1 hour per week, the course last for 8 to 10 weeks **
Target Client:
Dogs with various behavioural problems (such as vicious dogs who are fighting bravely, out of control dogs who bite and bark constantly) can be corrected so that the dogs can only reintegrate into human life.
Course Content:
The general Behavioural Correction Course takes longer time as it is necessary to change the mindset of the dog. In some occasions, different training instruments (safe and harmless) may be required. After the course, the dog will be able to behave in a calm manner and easy control. A well-trained dog will follow the commands from the owner, in order to protect the owner and the dog from fighting with other dogs, and to avoid embarrassed situation.

Louis Tong
Louis is a certificate holder of Professional K-9 Dog Trainer Course from Hong Kong K-9 Academy and a committee member of Hong Kong Working Dog Association. Louis has extensive experience in training dog breeds such as Golden Retriever, Poodle, Jack Russell, German Shepherd, Rottweiler and more.During his time in Hong Kong, Louis had conducted courses for various recognized organizations such as “Dog Bite Protection Course” for Occupational Safety and Health Council and “Animal Loving and Caring Seminar for the Youth” for YMCA.
Louis is committed to help dog owners to identify problem behaviors, understand the need for owner and their dog(s) and develop a suitable training plan, in order to create a happy and welcoming environment for their family.
